We hope you love your royalthobe.com purchase.

We do not return or exchange unless you received the wrong size/color!

 Customers has the right to apply for return/exchange within 1-2 days from the day you receive your package If we send you the wrong size or color ONLY!

Your return/exchange will require you to ship the item back at your own expense. Again, returned or exchanged orders must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

 

Please keep in mind that your item has to be shipped within the next 24hrs from the day we accept your return/exchange.  

To be able to return it, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed.

 

• Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
