Shipping & Customs Fees

All orders are shipped directly from Overseas. Shipping and handling typically take 10–14 business  days.

USA Orders: Approximately 10% of international packages may be selected for customs fees. If your package is selected, DHL will send you a payment link. Fees are usually around $15–$25. If you don’t receive a customs payment notification, no payment is needed.

All Other Countries: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may apply to all orders.

Please plan ahead when ordering for special events or holidays, as customs delays may occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, and our standard return policy will still apply if your order arrives late.
